The Intent: Post-install marketing is where the true value of an IP is built. For Tokyo Debunker, my vision was to transform the game from a software product into a cultural brand. By focusing on the emotional connection between the player and the world, we aimed to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) and decrease churn through high-fidelity, out-of-game experiences.

The Execution: I led the production of transmedia "beats," including high-end music videos and narrative-driven social media events. We treated these releases as major cultural moments, designed to create a feedback loop of engagement with in-game Live Ops. This is an ongoing, evolving strategy that I have developed and delivered to the relevant teams for full-scale implementation.

The Impact: These initiatives have already demonstrated the potential for massive Daily Revenue Spikes and a significant lift in D30 Retention. By fostering a "fandom" culture, we shift the community sentiment from neutral to high-affinity loyalty. This proves I can build and sustain the type of passionate, long-term community that a landmark title like Monster Hunter Now requires to thrive.
