The Science of High-Conversion Funnels
The Intent: Performance marketing is only as strong as its weakest link. I identified that even the most viral creative fails if there is friction between the "click" and the "install." My objective was to treat the entire user journey—from the first 3 seconds of a video to the final store listing—as a single, unified ecosystem that prioritizes conversion efficiency.
The Execution: I implemented a rigorous "Hook-to-Store" alignment protocol. This involved testing hundreds of creative variations to identify the highest 3s View Rate and then mapping those specific visual themes to Custom Product Pages (CPP). By personalizing the landing experience for different audience segments, we ensured that the user’s intent was immediately validated upon reaching the store.
The Impact: This meticulous approach resulted in a +40% Hook Rate and a 25% boost in CVR, significantly lowering the CPI in highly competitive tier-1 markets. It demonstrated that sustainable growth is a result of technical precision, proving that I can manage the massive budgets of a title like Monster Hunter Now with maximum capital efficiency.
